The ADU Nation agent partner program is designed so sponsoring brokers keep oversight of agent participation, client-protection evidence, and every payment route.
Direct-referral fees and one-tier recruiter overrides are paid only through the appropriate sponsoring broker. ADU Nation never pays an agent directly.
A fee becomes payable only after verified attribution, an effective construction agreement, expiration of any applicable cancellation period, cleared required funds, active-license status, and compliance approval.
Partners may recruit other licensed agents directly. Overrides are one-tier only: a recruiting partner earns on their direct recruits’ qualifying funded projects, never on second-generation recruits. Attribution is locked permanently once recorded.
Every approval, hold, attribution, qualification, and payment-proof event is recorded with actor, timestamp, and evidence reference for broker and compliance review.
Have agents who should partner with ADU Nation?
Agents apply individually and name their sponsoring broker during enrollment. Brokerage questions can be routed through the ADU Nation team before any agent activates.
No fee is earned by signup or contract signature alone. Eligibility requires verified attribution, an effective construction agreement, expiration of any applicable cancellation period, cleared required funds, active-license status, broker approval, and compliance approval.
