Wellness pods, offices, studios, and family suites designed for coordinated off-site production and delivery. Our modular sourcing includes China-based manufacturers; specifications, freight, access, and installation are reviewed together.
An office or wellness pod is not a dwelling. Sleeping accommodation requires a suitable habitable design, utilities, site review, and permits.

Your ADU is built through a coordinated off-site manufacturing process, with site preparation planned alongside it. That can mean less work in your backyard and a more predictable path to installation. We plan access, utilities, foundations, and delivery for your property.
Wellness, your way
The gym, wellness deck, and wellness pod are distinct standalone choices. The open-air deck keeps its sauna, outdoor shower, and cold plunge on the deck. The pod pairs an indoor shower and steam room with a changing area and a covered rectangular cold-plunge bay. Choose one or combine spaces after site and manufacturer review, subject to permitting.

Solar roof panels are standard on our roofed designs. We’ll size the system around the roof, sunlight, and your energy needs.
