Website estimates

ADU Nation calculator outputs are preliminary estimates based on available market assumptions. They are not financial, legal, zoning, tax, or lending advice and should not be treated as a guaranteed result.

Property review required

Actual ADU feasibility depends on city rules, setbacks, utility access, drainage, easements, HOA restrictions, permitting, financing, and site conditions. A property review is required before ADU Nation can confirm scope, price, schedule, or build eligibility.

Roadmap requests

Roadmap forms currently submit an invoice request. No payment is collected on the form itself. Paid Roadmap work begins only after ADU Nation confirms fit and payment instructions are completed.

Build deposits and contracts

Any build deposit, refund right, warranty, construction timeline, included scope, exclusions, or financing term must be defined in the final written agreement. Website copy does not replace the signed contract.
